Request a Service

Please navigate to and submit the following forms to request BAMS help when you have new or exiting employees, or for technical assistance.

*You will be prompted to login with your PID and password.*

How to Use Service Now

Follow this guide to learn how to use the BAMS Service Now service requests.

Step 1.

Accessing the Service Now Portal.

  • Navigate to https://4help.vt.edu/sp?id=index. Log in to the 4Help portal.
  • Click on "Browse the Catalog", and then on the "Business and Management Systems (BAMS)" card.

Step 2.

Choose the service.

Step 3.

Request service.

  • In the upper right corner of the page, click on "Request this service".

Step 4.

Fill out the corresponding form.

  • Fill out the corresponding form for your request.

Step 5.

Submit your request.

  • In the right container, click on "Submit" to submit your request.

Step 6.

Next Steps.

  • Upon submission of your request, a ticket will be opened on your behalf. This ticket will be assigned to a person from BAMS and they will be in touch with you via email.
